We were in need of a new roof and had already gotten a couple of quotes when a gentleman from Performance Remodeling stopped at our house.  I normally don't respond to door to door solicitation but for some reason I did.  He scheduled and appointment for a sales rep to come to the house and give us a quote.  The sales rep was very professional and gave us a detailed plan of what the job would entail.  I will say they were not my lowest quote but my wife and felt that the materials and quality of work were the most important thing.  The work was scheduled to be done a couple of weeks later.  The crew did a fantastic job, cleaned up well and gave me a good walk thru upon completion.  I will be using Performance in a year or two for my detached garage roofing.

Performance Remodeling replaced a few of our windows this past year and the entire process was exceptional.  The communication and follow up clear and timely and the crew was professional and courteous.  The new windows are great and a needed improvement to our house. Performance Remodeling did a great job replacing my roof last summer! I was especially impressed by the crew that did a flawless job while improvising and replacing fascia and rotted lumber on my 75 year old house. Job was done in one day, to perfection! Clean up was thorough and it has been 6 months with no problems!
